I was asked to come up with a concept for a piece of software that manages the skills development of staff through better appraisals/performance reviews. While the brief given was extremely open I decided it was in the best interest of the client to come up with an identity that highlighted the insights and transparency gained from using the software.
By approaching the project from this direction I knew it would be possible to develop a compelling and engaging brand story that further support the client once the visual styling had been signed off. Orbit was one of the concepts that I came up with. This was designed to give a friendly and approachable feel to the company, yet retain the flexibility to have a corporate look when necessary.
